Some of our frequently asked questions . . .
Standard turnaround from order to despatch is 3 – 5 working days, although during busy periods it may be longer. When placing an order please take this into consideration, particularly if goods are required by a specific date for a presentation evening or event.
The postage charges are based on the value of the order placed.
A next working day service is available (subject to items being in stock) at an extra charge of £10 (in addition to standard postage fees).
Orders received before 12noon on a working day will be dispatched the same day on next working day service (except Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands/Islands 2-day service). Orders received after 12noon will be dispatched on the next working day on a next working day service (except Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands/Islands 2-day service) and will be prioritised over Standard delivery orders.
Please note: These timescales are reliant on the courier company meeting its obligation to deliver the next day.
It is no longer possible to place an order for items which are out of stock. We aim to include information on the product page advising when a product is unavailable and when it is likely to be back in stock.
Returns will be accepted, but must be received at BB Supplies within one month of ordering and must be in a re-saleable condition. Please contact BB Supplies on 0333 320 8078 or firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange returns and refunds. Please note that return postage labels are only provided where items are damaged/faulty or when the wrong item is dispatched from our warehouse.
Pictures and descriptions of the items on sale are available to view on the online shop. Occasionally the colour/style may differ slightly due to changes in the products made by the manufacturer.
