The best way to place an order is by using our Online Shop. All products (with the exception of Colours and Name Tapes) are available online and can be ordered 24 hours a day.

BY ONLINE SHOP:

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are a leader, your account for the online shop is no longer directly linked to Online Brigade Manager (OBM). If you have not visited our new look shop (launched March 2022) then you will need to create a new account.

If you do not wish to order items via the Online Shop, then there are other alternatives:

Before placing an order by phone please ensure you have the following information to hand in order to assist the team in processing your order.

Either use the Online Shop to view our product range or you can view/download the BB Supplies Catalogue to view offline.

Payment will be taken by credit or debit card at the time the order is placed.

To request authorisation for a return please complete our Returns Request Form (please note returns cannot be processed by phone or email).
