The range of products available to purchase includes all uniform items, materials and badges relating to the age-related programmes, ranges of gifts, fundraising, recruitment and other resources to assist local groups in providing a broad programme of activities for children & young people.

The best way to place an order is by using our Online Shop. All products (with the exception of Colours, Name Tapes and related items) are available online and can be ordered 24 hours a day.
When visiting the shop for the first time you will need to register before you can purchase any goods.
If you are a BB leader and have already logged into OBM you will be able to login straight away using the same password. If you are a leader and have not yet logged on to OBM you will need to do this before you can login to the Online Shop. To go to OBM and setup your password please go to https://obm.boys-brigade.org.uk, input your email address and click the 'Forgotten Password' link. This will send you an email which will enable you to create your password. Once completed you can return to the Online Shop to place your order.
If you are not a registered BB leader then you will need to set up an account online before placing an order.

Payment will be taken by credit or debit card at the time the order is placed. The minimum order value for credit card transactions is £5.00

Pictures and descriptions of the items on sale are available to view on the Online Shop. Occasionally the colour/style may differ slightly due to changes in the products made by the manufacturer.
All orders will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days, although during busy periods it may be longer. When placing an order please take this into consideration, particularly if goods are required by a specific date for a presentation evening or event.
We are only able to deliver to an address where there will be someone to receive and sign for your order. It is not possible to send to a PO box address.
If your order is urgent, we do offer a next day delivery service (subject to items being available). This service is available Monday to Friday for an additional charge. Orders received before 12noon on a working day will be dispatched the same day on next working day service (except Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands/Islands 2-day service). Orders received after 12noon will be dispatched on the next working day on a next working day service (except Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands/Islands 2-day service) and will be prioritised over Standard delivery orders.
All items will usually be despatched at the same time, however if any items are not in stock at the time of order, it may be necessary to send these items at a later date. There is no additional charge for multiple deliveries.
Inside each delivery you will find a delivery note or receipt which indicates the number of each item that is included in your order.
Please note: These timescales are reliant on the courier company meeting its obligation to deliver next day.
The postage charges are based on the value of the order placed.
Prices may be subject to change at any time. VAT is included, where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of ordering by debit or credit card for all online & telephone orders. We must receive payment in full before your order is released for despatch. Once your order has been sent we will send you an email confirmation. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
Returns will be accepted on the basis of you contacting us with 14 days and the goods being in a re-saleable condition.

If an item is damaged or broken on delivery this can be returned within 6 months. To ensure a speedy replacement for damaged or broken items please send a photo by email to: email@example.com
A full refund will be made if cancellation of an order is advised within 14 days of receipt of the order. Goods should then be returned within another 14 days.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing. If you receive the goods before you cancel the contract then you must send the goods back to us at your own risk and cost. Once we have received confirmation that you are cancelling your contract and the goods in question have been received by us in the condition they were in when despatched to you, any amount taken by us from your credit or debit card will be returned to your account as soon as possible, and within 30 days.
If you have ordered items in error, you will be responsible for returning these to us at your own expense.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and return any amount taken from credit/debit card within 30 days.
Telephone orders, customer queries and the returns process will be handled by the staff team based at The Boys’ Brigade Headquarters. The BB Supplies dedicated telephone number or email address should be used.
